Power

Since the beginning of human existence power has played a vital role in the evolution of society. Power has had both a positive and negative impact throughout the course of history. For some it has advanced human society to epic proportions, for others it has enslaved entire nations and buried a countless number of lives. Power is a double edged sword meaning that it can be both good and bad. All leaders throughout the course of time have known the concept of power, using it in their own way. Power can be used in all things in life, leading nations, businesses or educational institutions. Power in the hands of a leader is decided by the character that comprises that particular leader. If morals and values are selfless then the result will be beneficial to all people who are within that person’s circle of influence. The exact opposite effect will happen if the person’s intentions are completely selfish in nature. Power that hurts others does not last for long. If you are looking to be someone in a position of power make sure that your intentions are positive and constructive in society. You purpose in life has immense power in this life, go after it with everything you got. Most of all make sure that all transactions to get to the top benefit all parties involved, that is true humble power. Never allow your ego to control your thoughts, you can be ousted at any moment. Instead work to continually strive for improvement in your character, you will only become a better leader in the process. You are powerful beyond measure so become the leader that you truly want to become, using your power to change the world.
