Silencing your mind


Our minds are always in motion, on average we have around 12,000 to 50,000 thoughts every single day. That’s a lot of thought. Most of those thoughts are on a subconscious level that help us perform the daily functions to keep us alive, the subconscious mind also dictates the manifestation of our thoughts to shape our outward reality. The thoughts that we think on a conscious level are a variety of subjects, whether it be our personal lives, business, our family or even just random thoughts. With all the thoughts throughout the day it is difficult to clear your mind in order to better control your daily thoughts. In today’s hectic world there is little time to sit back and truly reflect the thoughts that we have in our minds. The mind is the most powerful resource at our disposal, it can take us to the heights of ecstasy or the depths of despair and we are in the driver’s seat to make that decision. Learning how to silence your mind is essential to getting what you want out of life. Take 5 minutes each day to meditate, clear your thoughts and just relax. By doing this you will be able to better control the thoughts that run through your mind, blocking out negativity and allowing positivity to rule your mind. This way you can focus more on what you want in life instead of what you don’t want. Once we have been able to silence our minds, our lives begin to change for the better. We are able to manifest our thoughts to the dreams, ambitions and aspirations that comprise our deepest desires. From there we can formulate a plan of action to make these desires a reality, taking the necessary steps to make the most out of your life. Begin to silence your mind in order to live the life of your dreams, concentrate on the thoughts that are going to help you reach your full potential in life.
