If you have a lot of freezer space, buying in bulk is a viable option, taking out only what you need for the next few days. Take 10-15 to sit down and plan out for meals for a day and even for the week, it will help give you a program to follow to keep you moving towards your dream body. Balance your macros in accordance with your desired goal. Also plan ahead to have emergency snacks in your car or at your job so that you don’t miss a meal. The most important part of prepping your meals is to stick to the plan, do not waver from it for any reason.
