Tuesday Transformation

There are times in our lives where progress is nearly impossible to see, day in and day out we continue to work hard on our life’s endeavors but do not see any changes that show we are closer to achieving them. It tests our resolve and lowers the level of motivation we may have towards our dreams. A simple tool like a journal can help us see the small improvement that we make on a daily or even weekly basis. Taking the time to write down what we accomplished and what our emotions were at the time allows us to see the necessary improvements that are needed to get one step closer to our dreams. It also allows us to set short term and long term goals for ourselves to keep motivation level high towards our purpose. The journal will act as a reference guide when we are frustrated towards our purpose by acting as a timeline to show us how far we have come along in the journey. It gives us somewhere to write down our thoughts and emotions during the process to better understand ourselves, allowing us to change accordingly. Daily and/or weekly reflections are best when it comes to achieving your life’s purpose, even if it is just a few sentences. It holds us accountable for continually striving for improvement in our lives. Take a least 10 minutes, whether it is weekly or daily to reflect upon what you want to accomplish in life, over time you will be amazed at the strides you make in your life.
