We are all part of society, whether we choose to blend in or stand out from the crowd is our own decision to make. When it comes to achieving things that we want most in life we must decide whether to ally ourselves with others or pursue this endeavor on our own. Individual effort can only get you so far in life, you must realize that it is impossible to do everything on your own in any worthwhile endeavor. Instead we must search for the right people that we the same goals and ambitions as ourselves. These people should provide value to whatever endeavor you desire to achieve. At the same time you must provide some value as well. Using your strengths to their full advantage while using others to fill the weaknesses that you possess. It is essential that every person within the team works in perfect harmony, if not the endeavor will eventually fail. Harmony is crucial, it allows all members to maximize their potential in the chosen endeavor. Also you must help others in order to help yourself, giving whatever service you can to benefit others, help will return to you in abundance. Surround yourself with those who can realize your vision, work in harmony and always be looking for more people to add value to your endeavor. When in harmony and operating at full capacity anything is possible, any endeavor will become a reality. The universe will yield to you and your team.
